One of the best craft of Odisha is Pattachitra.This term used for traditional,cloth based hand painting.This craft is prepared in a small village named 'Raghurajpur' which is situated in Puri District of Odisha.
The village situated 5 km from chandanpur,Puri towards the south end.This place is famous for Odissi,because it is the birth place of one of the odissi exponent and Guru,Kelucharan Mohapatra.In 2000,after 2 years of research in this pattachitra painting this village is developed as a crafts village.This place is also famous for making home decoration called Pattas.
